I came in for a consultation with Dr. Roitman. There was an initial detailed exam with a follow-up appointment for prognosis and treatment plan, and cost. Dr. Roitman was relatable and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain in details the work that he will perform and provided plenty of opportunities for questions. Next, his billing staff explained to me what and how the costs of treatment can be spaced out, and what to expect in terms of payment from my insurance. It was very helpful for me and it shows that they are on top of the billing process. His dental assistant was friendly and kind; the front desk was friendly and welcoming. They took safe COVID measures too! On the whole, a top-notch specialist with great bedside manners, well-run private practice with top-notch staff!
